BASTI TOWN TOUR
This half-day tour focuses on the cultural heritage and marine environments of the Bocas del Toro archipelago. The route combines a visit to a historic island community with coastal exploration and beach relaxation.
We begin by navigating to Old Bank, a picturesque town on Isla Bastimentos, to experience local Caribbean culture and potentially hear traditional calypso music. Next, the boat anchors at Hospital Point for a snorkeling session along the coastal reef. The trip then continues to Red Frog Beach, where you can explore the island trails or simply spend your time relaxing by the water.
Cold drinks, tropical fruits, and local snacks are provided on board throughout the four-hour trip.
The cultural heart of Bastimentos is Old Bank, a vibrant Afro-Caribbean community built entirely without cars or paved roads. Locals navigate the island via walking paths and speak Guari-Guari, a unique linguistic blend of English, Spanish, and native dialects that reflects the region's rich history.

Our crew will welcome you aboard at the Pangea Hub. Settle in as we begin our 8-hour expedition, cruising out to Playa Estrella.
OLD BANK BASTIMENTOS
We begin by visiting Old Bank, a historic Afro-Caribbean community. You will have time to walk the vibrant, car-free coastal paths, experience the local culture, and hear the unique Guari-Guari dialect.
SNORKEL & RED FROG
After exploring the town, we anchor at Hospital Point for a snorkeling session along the coastal reef. Next, we head to Red Frog Beach where you can explore the island trails or simply relax by the water.
RETURN TO PANGEA HUB
Relax and enjoy the scenic boat ride as we navigate back to Bocas Town.
